I have had fantastic service from this company which is well known to me. The review quoted is malicious and if you contact TVR direct on the number given you will find out that the review was not posted by TC (who was more than happy with the service he received and very willing to confirm the same) but by a neighbour of TC who was not at all happy when TVR did his job in accordance with the law.

DO NOT USE TVR DESIGNS FOR ANYTHING. YOU WILL END UP REGRETTING IT. TVR Designs offer one of the worst services that I have every used for anything. I’ve worked in property for over 10 years and dealt with hundreds of professionals and I can safely say that TVR Designs was by far the worst. He was involved in drawing up a party wall award and was recommended by the other party. He was supposed to be acting independently and not showing any bias to any of the parties involved. However this was not the case at all. He was taking direction from the other party and massively favouring them. He passed on confidential communications to them. Over charged us by almost double. He phoned our builders insurance company directly and caused them to cancel their insurance and disrupted the project and almost cost us the build. He reported us to the planning department over an issue which should have been dealt with directly. He was acting out of accordance with all standard practices as dictated by other professionals. It turns out that he has a very bad reputation in the industry when we spoke to other the professionals and governing bodies. When we tried to report him to the governing body, which he claims to belong to, it turns out that it does not exist any more and that he is using the letters after his name illegally. DO NOT USE TVR DESIGNS FOR ANYTHING. YOU WILL END UP REGRETTING IT.
