We work in a future oriented, solution focused way, unlike some therapies which focus unhelpfully on the past. Ask yourself this – if the problem went away tomorrow, would you really care how it started?

A session is likely to consist of a discussion between you and the therapist to look at the issue, clarify your goals, find out what is stopping you getting there and what is going on in your life that is helping you. This is normally followed by gentle hypnosis to relax you and help you lay down new patterns of behaviour.
