Train at London's Premier Martial Arts Venue

The Tang Long Chinese Culture Centre is a dynamic fitness studio located close to the leafy borders of Hampstead in North West London.

This purpose built purpose built venue is a haven for martial arts and sports enthusiasts from all over London. This unique 6000sqft centre is headed up by Shifu Heng Wei who is a 35th Generation Master from Shaolin, China, and has all you need to help you achieve the best results from your training with us. As soon as you walk through the doors you feel that you have stepped into something very special. The Tea Lounge/Reception is the ideal place to relax before and after your sessions with comfortable sofas and chairs just asking to be sat on! Go through the Dragon gateway and you will then enter one of the largest training areas in London fully kitted out with punch/kick bags, weights, benches and of course a CrossFit box. To top it off we have spacious shower/changing facilities AND if that is not enough we have on site a Chinese Massage Therapist to work wonders on your aches, pains and knots.

We offer a wide selection of classes to get you into the best possible shape:
Shaolin Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Sanshou (Chinese Kickboxing, Traditional Boxing, Acrobatics, Ba Ji Quan, Street Dance, Weapons training and CrossFit.
Classes available for children from the age of 5 and adults. Private One to One sessions also available.
