Target HP Gym is a gym that has a focus on training each individual person in a different way depending on their needs.The Target Human Performance centre is in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, it is a state of the art, boutique training facility offering a personalised approach to helping people achieve their health and fitness goals.

We offer a wide range of services from our facility including Physiotherapy, Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, Nutrition and One to One Personal Training.

Target also offer Fitness Holidays in the UK and Spain for people looking for an escape offering a unique health and fitness experience with our coaches.
