Poor quality furniture for the price. Mine had what looked like wood worm holes. They did swap 2 pieces but one was rejected as worse than the first. Did receive a part refund in the end but the MD and shop floor staff change their ways when a complaint is made. Not very nice at all. I would suggest only window shopping then go and buy on line from somewhere else where you will probably get better customer service if problems arise.. If you do shop make sure you pay part on credit card!! Just in case

Had a terrible experience with this company. Bought a leather suite which had to be repaired after a few months as leather was peeling off.A FEW MONTHS LATER THE SAME HAPPENED AGAIN. . Taskers didnt want to know. The manager Mr Lefton was rude and pompous. He told us to contact the waranty people. (WHICH ARE IN FACT AN INSURANCE COMPANY). They came and said the damage was due to body fluids!!!!. Got back to the arrogant Mr Lefton who eventually said he would knock six hundred pounds off if we bought a new suite from them .Obviously we declined his charming offer and as it would be a costly buisness to prove that the leather was faulty and not damaged by us (there are only 2 adults in the house and no children or pets and all we had done was sit on the thing) we gave in and got a local company to strip the leather off and re cover it in linen. Imagine our shock when they told us that the leather was "bonded" and contained such a small amount of leather that nowadays it could not legally be labelled " LEATHER".Thanks a lot Mr Lefton and Taskers so thats why the thin coating of "leather" peeled off.!! We did try to write a letter of complaint to the chairman of the company Mr. Robert Lefton who is in London. Guess what- it never reached him but was intercepted by the charming you know. who.!!. I HAVE ALL DATES, RECEIPTS AND CORRESPONDENCE FOR ANY INTERESTED PARTY.
