TATE IS A RUBBISH RECRUITMENT AGENCY

I would not recommend using tate recruitment. I applied for a job online and received a call from tate last week. When I spoke to the consultant I was asked to come into register at short notice so that the consultant can get me out to work as soon as this week. He sounded pretty sure that he could get me into work quickly. I got to the office early (since I have registered with a few agencies I know that it can take time to register) I was told by the receptionist to come back in 15 mins so that I can complete the paperwork. I went back after 15 mins and was told to take a seat. Somebody else came over to me and asked me what I am there for and asked me to come back in 5 or 10 mins, I decided to stay, a few mins later the consultant I was there to see came to see me. He asked me to tell me about myself I was very nervous and had difficulty talking, he told me that there are better candidates out there and that time is precious. He told me to think about what I want to do and call him back in two weeks. I have been discriminated against on the basis that I was nervous. Most agency I have registered with have treated me better than tate. Tate doesn't know what customer service is. They don't think about the customer they only think about themselves.
