So I had been thinking about getting a Cheek Piercing for some time and was advised to go over to Tattitude by a very lovely Lady I know through F.B. I spoke with the manager Matt via I.M on Thursday evening and visited the branch the next day. Although Matt had to pierce the same area twice I was pretty satisfied with the service he provided and with the price, I decided to give him a handsome tip but unfortunately by the time I got home the ball had fallen off and continued to do so right through the evening. I decided to send Matt a message and his response was to come back into the store to replace the ball. As I am always very busy, I wasn't sure how soon I would be able to do that but after making some adjustments in my diary I managed to make time to see him on Saturday afternoon. 20/08/2016. I sent Matt a message to advise that I would be popping in at which point he offered to replace the ball free of charge as he liked to look after the customers that looked after him (his words). When I arrived I noticed Matt standing outside with another Man who looked like he may have been the Tattoo Artist. Matt signaled that he was just popping to the shops so I gave him the thumbs up and sat on the bench outside to wait for him. Next thing, this other Man whose name I do not know walked towards me with a very stern look on his face and started asking me what I wanted. I explained that I was there for a replacement ball and that I'd already established the arrangements with Matt, at which point he began to rant that I had to pay for the new ball and that Matt did not have the authority to give me a new one free of charge!! To be totally honest, I really wasn't bothered about having to pay for a replacement ball; I've never been the type of person to get into arguments over chump change but this Man had made me feel very uncomfortable and intimidated and when Matt returned from the shop this Man began wagging his fingers at him and gesturing towards me with very aggressive body language. When Matt came over to me and said in a hushed tone "you're gonna have to pay for the ball" I just felt that I wasn't in a position to be in that environment for another second! It was so hostile. I jumped in the car and left. My message is this. If you value good service and respect, then do NOT go to Tattitude. This type of Customer Service is despicable and unacceptable on every level. I don'y know that other Man's name but trust me, if I am ever unfortunate enough to see him again, I will be getting away from him as quickly as possible! What an absolute let down. Matt, if you're reading this, I noticed that you blocked me on F.B and that's okay, I just hope one day you stop allowing yourself to be bullied by boys who are bigger than you. All the best. Andrea.

Hey hey now...this is the place 2 go...lovely man his Mrs 2....listens 2 everythin u say,has a laugh and dont get pis'd off with u..very professional...and well recommended!! we'll c u next week... every 1 loves r tatt's...kat an meem....x
