Appalling service and attitude towards customers.
Absolutely appalling service - used the company to move home from university. The van arrived more than 5 hours late and carried out extra jobs en route which had not been agreed. The driver illegally used his mobile phone without hands free, making personal calls with me (the customer) in the van. Complaints were brushed off and dealt with in a thuggish manner. Terrible, would never use again or consider recommending. 0/10.
