Ripped us off!
Quoted £7 over the phone - insisted on £8 when we arrived at our destination. We had given them exact addresses for both start and destimation of the journey. Just deleted their number from my phone - won't be using them again

Well Done
A proper black cab frm in Leicester at last. You can now phone for a cab knowing that you're going to get a 'hackney carriage'. Although the initial greeting when you call this firm can be improved, the service is excellent. these cabs are sattelite controlled and taxis are normallt sent and arrive within 10mins or sooner. they now also have a facility whereby they know your name when you call. Keep up the good work
