The staff st the St Johnston social club tried to order me a taxi from this firm and they said they would not pick me up. When i telephoned them the next morning they said I was to drunk to get in the cab which i thought strange as they never sent one. This firm is diabolical when I asked to speak to Dave Trace they denied me that.

I have used taxi first for some years, but in the last few months their service has become dreadful - a few weeks ago I had a taxi pre-booked to take me to Plymouth rail station - it did not arrive, I called, and was told it was two minutes away. I waited, no taxi. I called again, to be told it would be with me very shortly. This went on for 35 minutes. When the driver did eventually arrive, he said he had only just been given the job (meaning the people answering the phones had been lying to me) - he seemed genuinely shocked at the length of time I had been waiting, which meant I unltimately missed my train. Foolishly I tried them again last week - again they were late, this time by ten minutes. There was no apology and the driver took me to the wrong street! My final run in with them was tonight - I called at 4.10 am (I work nights) and was told a taxi was on its way. I called again 10 minutes later to be told it 'wouldn't be too much longer'. 15 minutes later I called again in disgust and cancelled the booking - there was no apology and their attitude was dreadful, particularly considering the time of day and the fact I was female and on my own. Under no circumstances would I recommend them.

used this ferm to pick me and my son up from nursery i asked for the taxi to be there in 5 mins and was told its on his way 15 mins later and soaked with the rain i phoned again well the taxi then turned up after getting in the taxi the driver had a call on his radio asking if he has picked up and then said she has been on the phone moaning what a great taxi ferm NOT needless to say i wont be useing them again if thats what they think about there customers they are a joke
