Unreliable and Untrustworthy
We've had constant issues with work carried out by Mark' Taylor, owner of Taylors in WGC. His quote states all work is guaranteed but after receiving the full payment he is not interested in fixing it- aftercare service is appalling. Constantly chased him, with many false promises to come in but not turned up. It's been 4 months of constant harassment and we are left with a heating system not working in full during winter. Strongly recommend not to make full payment until his work is tested for few days. Better still find someone more reliable.

WARNING WARNING
I want to tell you about my company's dealings with this trader. I was given a written quote to remove an old heating system including all radiators, pipework, boiler and install a complete new system with a specific recommended boiler for the job. After paying him in full it was noticed that the boiler he had installed was the wrong one. Further checks revealed that the pipework in the loft had not been renewed but was just connected to the new pipework down to the radiators. When confronted about this I was basically told "tough". I had to replace the boiler and pipework at my own expense to keep my clients happy. This case ended in the small claims court where I was awarded the full cost of £ 2905.00. Soon after this, the trader dissolved his company, never paying the awarded debt, then started trading under another name, " this one". Please be aware.
