Poor service

Hi, I had an industrial cleaning done (bishop's Stortford) just before handing out the keys to my landlord. The only positive point I can see is the thorough cleaning of the oven. Almost everything else was left as it was. No cleaning of the floors except in the kitchen (they left the wooden floors all over the house very dirty doing nothing... lounge and all bedrooms.. no need to mention the skirting)... the back of the gas stove was left dirty/greazy they left the heavy limescale deposits as it was on the fridge water dispenser. The bathroom toilets were not cleaned and the en-suite toilets were left blocked with water up to the rim (what have they done? They did not notice? Not worth telling me that when I came back to pay them before they left?) I could not stay with them but I could tell the team is very clause and very nice, they give each other a lot of little kisses etc... but I expected a little bit more. Save yourself a lot of money and just pay £20-30 to your usual cleaner instead of more than £200 and she will get much more done (excluding the oven) I tend to trust people and it is my mistake for not checking their work before they left but they should also assume their responsibility for not doing what they are paid to do.
