We teach Boxing, Grappling, Wrestling, MMA & CQC, an extremely effective and practical Close Quarter Combat system designed for modern day self defence and protection! Many of our classes are run in association with one of Britain's top professional MMA teams, Trojan Free Fighters and are taught by some of the best coaches around, for example: Boxing is taught by 2 x USSR Boxing Champion, Wrestling is taught by 1996 European Freestyle Wrestling Champion.
