When I taught at the University there were professional IT people on call all the time and only they had access to repair, adjust or update anything on my computer. So, when I retired a few years ago I was suddenly on my own, with my first PC but having had no training in how to look after a computer and its software. Meeting you has been life saving because I was really struggling with almost everything to do with computing. Your patience and the way you adjust your pace to suit my needs help me to feel safe with my learning. Now, as well as being confident about how to perform a few basic processes, I know that I can call on you for help with new skills as they become necessary for me to know and to keep my computer safe and in good working order. I recommend TeamWild 100%. In fact, I would not go anywhere else for computer advice or repairs. This is the 3rd time that I've called on Sue's services and she was as competent, professional and trustworthy as ever. My pc had an intermittent fault that was hard to diagnose but Sue was endlessly patient and efficient and solved it. As far as I'm concerned, she's a genius!
