Shocking Service
In short, taxi was 45 minutes late, phoned 3 times and we were told the taxi was 'just around the corner' and '5 minutes away'. The taxi had been pre-booked so paid for in advance. Not once did the company contact me that night. When I complained, the manager could not make the effort to speak with me, it took another 3 phone calls to then be offered a 10% discount which is an insult.
