A taxi firm who licence no 923 thinks it is fully legal to sit on double yellow lines on a blind junction with headlamps full on facing the flow of traffic with engine running and then use the excuse that it is ok as he is not even a Wigston Taxi. Claims he was awaiting a fare having sat there for a full 15mins plus I for one do not use taxi firms who do not adhere to the highway code or twists laws to suit themselves
