they take your money, then you cannot contact them, only the answering phone service who say they try to transfer your call, they don't, they say Rikki/Richard Powell will call you back, he doesn't, the coach doesn't show and then you cant do anything about it, nobody to talk to and no office address to write to, this is a problem if you want to take legal action, however, I am going to keep trying, people like this should not be on the streets, absolute c***

Criminals
Hired a mini coach for transport of 12 people from London to Southampton Docks. Coach did not arrive for the pick up. Had to quickly arrange for 2 taxis to take us all. Was told we would get the taxi fees reimbursed but this has not happened now 6 weeks later. Looks like I have to take legal action.
