Worst Ageny to Imagine!
- Lot of probelms with mildew! - After you payed there is no contact possible anymore! - Had to buy my own mattress due to the mildew! - Was restoring in the end my room on my own! - Dangerous electricity conections (looked like already burned once), noone cared - Even went to the Students Advice at Uni and to the City Council! Recomendation: - Avoid them!!!! They just "steal" your money! - Try to get a privat land lord!

Really friendly and good choice
I went out viewing flats with these guys yesterday and they were really friendly and had a great choice of apartments, I viewed about 6 and found a really nice one in French quarter, reserved it there and then...can't wait to move in!

Poor Administration
My son rented through these guys. The price quoted on viewing turned out to be incorrect to our dissadvantage. The six month agreement turned into 9! and the meters had not been read which meant he was expected to pay the gas and electric from a month before he moved in and for July and August when he moved out in June! ( New tenants were in the property!) He had triouble with his water supply and was unable to contact Tenant Direct over a whole weekend so was left without water for 3 days! This year we have gone through leaders who so far have been excellent. Tenant Direct have a great selection of properties, When you call the office, the staff seem very helpful and informative, but this is let down by poorly trained or ill-informed sales associates and poor aftercare. We ended up paying more than was quoted and had to sign for 9 months instead of 6 as agreed, or find another property. This was not an option due to time constraints. Be warned!

Student Viewings
I have enquired with Tenant Direct on a number of occassions searching for student accommodation for my daughter who will be studying at the Southampton University. My concerns were that she is moving to a new city and could be on her own if her friends do not decide to move in together, i found tenant direct to be very friendly and they went out of their way sending me properties that she may like and arranging multiply bookings. I am very pleased to say through tenant direct we have found the perfect house for them all, i'm confident that this is down to the pure professional attitude that all the staff have and their approach to us troubled parents, a job very well done!

First Class service !
I instructed Tenant Direct to let my property on recommedation from a friend, they let the property with the first week!... I found the staff courteous and very knowledgable of the local market, the service was absolutely first class and having instructed Tenant Direct to manage my porperty I have had no problems with maintaining the porperty and all payments have been promptly recieved. I reccommend other landlords to instruct Tenant Direct when letting their property.
