Terry Taylor Garages is a family owned business that is situated in the middle of Hinckley, Leicestershire. With a combined experience of over 50 years in the trade we aim to give the best possible service and value to both our customers and their cars.

Specialising in BMW, Mini and French cars (Peugeot, Renault and Citroen), we aim to give a complete alternative to the main dealers without compromising on quality or care. Using our state of the art diagnostic equipment and technical backup service we can solve any problem that you may have or complete any service you require.

Our diagnostic equipment puts us at the forefront for all of your cars needs, from simple code reads to programming and even performance tuning upgrades. We can carry out full BMW services and CBS (condition based servicing) checks. This helps to tailor the service to your cars needs, which can save you money and repeated dashboard warnings. Our French equipment is no different, meaning we can diagnose any electrical or mechanical problem. From key coding, performance tuning to BSI configurations, we can find any problem you may have. Full servicing can also be carried out for any French car.

On top of this we also have the latest re mapping equipment for performance tuning your vehicles, to give increased power, mpg and better handling. This is and easy and none intrusive way of giving you and all round better driving experience, whether you want an increase of horsepower and torque or a more economic and comfortable ride.

We are also a certified Delphi Diesel point and Bosch center. This means that for any diesel vehicle you have we can cater for it. From injector coding to diagnostic problem solving, poor running and non-starts. Being appointed by Delphi means we have the frontline equipment and computers to find and solve any diesel problems you may have.

MOT, Service and Repairs

Terry Taylor Garages are approved by the Government appointed Vehicle Operator Services Agency (VOSA) and all MoT tests are completed by MOT testers nominated by VOSA. Now you can have an MoT test completed up to one month before the expiry of your MOT. Why not service your car at Terry Taylor Garages at the same time as your MOT? With trained technicians, the latest diagnostic equipment, guaranteed parts and labour - why pay more elsewhere?

The MOT typically takes up to 30 minutes and you can wait onsite or take a 5 minute stroll into Hinckley town centre where there are lots of thing to occupy your time.
