I cannot even give one star to this Company as they are very dishonest. They took advantage of the fact that I have no experience in dealing with Tax Return and have charged me £300,00 for a service that has never been provided. They have ignored my calls and I have not been able to recover my money despite several emails and polite letter. I am now taking further action against the corrupt couple who manages this accounting firm.
