This company are a bunch of cowboys ( being as polite as I can be..) I have had a kitchen diner built from scratch and the work I believe is second rate . Communication on how the build is going is non exsistent . Richard Bales the manager/ owner of the company does a good talk up but lets you down by not fulfilling his role as manager. He is also verbally abusive on the phone when asking questions about quality of workmanship.
