The Apprentice Academy now work with over 200 companies in Manchester placing Business Apprentices within: Business Administration, HR, Recruitment, Legal, Sales, Marketing, Social Media, Finance and IT.

Apprentices bring many benefits, however the greatest benefit I believe comes from their ability to free up your higher value staff so they can do more and hence increase business productivity.

Our services to employers cover all the elements of the Apprenticeship process, to include Enhanced Recruitment, On boarding for the first 12 weeks and Performance Management and Development. An integral part of the process also includes training your managers so they have all the skills and knowledge they need to ensure Apprenticeship success.

Our training programme for the Apprentice covers a multitude of skills from communication, workplace etiquette, goal setting, how to attract success, team work and problem solving, through to time management and the value of going the extra mile. We also develop personal attributes such as confidence, adaptability and positive thinking.
