Two months to sort out a simple issue
Nice enough chap, dealt with all the paperwork which took the stress out, typically however, aftersales is another issue, hard to get hold of, and I found myself forever chasing on the simplest of matters, only to be told the problem lay elsewhere. This was mainly on purchasing number plates which took close to a month to arrive, various calls and numerous messages left i was then told that the plates got lost and he would send, i explained that i had no option but to buy my own or face driving illegally (more time i wasted speaking to dvla who confirmed i would be driving illegally). Bradley verbally agreed to refund me, no refund was given and once again more emails not being reposnded to The 12 month warranty is a good selling point,(company I never heard of or find reviews), however I just hope if I need to use it the service will be better. Good idea if you are selling a car, prices can be inflated if you are buying due to how this business works, so as for any dealer do your research
