impressive!!!!

From the moment i arrived (late!), Sarah, my beautician, made me feel welcome and comfortable, i had booked last minute for de-fuzzing to go on an impromptu holiday and hadn't even had a chance to go home from work. sarah was really warm and relaxed, she showed me where i could freshen up and then began the preparation for the dreaded bikini wax, sarah was so cool about my fear of pain and worked with me to ensure the experience was not only as painless as she could but also in a strange way, quite enjoyable. I had booked initially as a last minute nessecity but was treated like a valued returning client. The whole service was first rate, from the spotless treatment room, the professionalism of sarah the therapist, the relaxing chillied music and lighting and the more than reasonable prices. I will be returning again, not only when i need to but as a treat because i really do want to try out the tempting massages and facials Sarah has on offer. I can't seem to put my finger on anything sarah could do better, maybe i will have to book a session of all the treatments she offers to check it out, although i seriously doubt i'll find anything that she won't already be aware of and working on herself!!!!
