Excellent Service
This store was one of my favourites, the saff who worked there were excellent, the blonde elegant lady and the dark curly haired lady were absolutely fantastic with their customers. This store will be missed.

Bad customer service
I went to the store as I had an unwanted present the person at the desk asked threasa if we can return the item she was very rude did not acknowledge me she just spoke very rudely to her colleague she did not reply to me other customers were listening I was very upset as she did not give me a explanation of thier refund policy so I asked for the head office number it took 20 minutes for her to give the number when I tried calling the number she gave, it was a wrong number, the staff need customer service training and some basic manners
