Very good price and location for the quality

The Pinedale is a lovely family run hotel and provides all the added extras from a free breakfast to WiFi in all the roomsClose the BIC and town, great when walking to these areas as its all down hill(Refer to cons for problems when returning to the hotel ;-)Lovely breakfast provided in the morningThe family is really nice and really take great care in meeting your needsThe pricing is the cheapest in the area for the quality they provide. I think we only paid roughly £20 a nightLast time I visited we was put on the top floor and the wifi range was not the greatest so its not recommended if your a business unless you are on one of the lower floorsSteep hill from BIC and town to get to the hotel which is a hard walkNot a huge amount of parking and they request all cars keep tight to each other to fit everyone inLast visit the bar was empty and no on seemed to be running it, a little bit of a shame but this was in November
