Cosy Cat Inn, formerly Rosegreen4cats is owned and run by a convicted paedophile Mark Welsh. https://www.dunfermlinepress.com/news/17577223.cattery-owner-convicted-of-historic-sexual-abuse/ Owner Mark claims to have signed over the business to his new wife who now calls herself Mrs Gillian Telfer (maiden name). he is laughing in the face of the law as he is a compulsive liar who never admitted any of the charges and should have been jailed. He now claims the cattery is run by a fully trained team of ladies which is rubbish. He has put down this cattery as his place of employment in spite of the fact that he committed and was found guilty of crimes that took place on the premises!
