Awful experience

Complete lack of customer service - the manager (Mike?) justifies this by repeating 'they are cheaper than anyone else'. He seems to think they do not need to provide reasonable customer service or resolve any issues with vehicles as 'he is the cheapest in the area'. Salesman very 'misleading' regarding warranty coverage - don't expect anything. I found a small crack in the rear light lens which was causing the light to fill with water. This was reported within a few days of the purchase. After being insulted several times I gave up a replaced this at my own expense. The 'low brake pad' warning message was displayed on the dash before I even got the car home - I replaced both front and rear pads and warning leads. I also replaced both front tyres - one of which was worn so badly on the inner edge that the inner banding was showing. The rear fog lights are still not working. They will take your money - don't expect ANYTHING else.
