Completely lacks atmosphere. poor beer

We thought overall the Cardinal in Tudor Drive Kingston was a pub we should have missed out. It completely lacks any atmosphere and the beer we ordered we had to send back as it was undrinkable. Our complaint was frowned upon before we were eventually offered a replacement of a different variety without so much as an apology. The saloon bar was nearly empty and to be fair the seating was comfortable. The public bar was quite crowded with a fairly boisterous crowd watching the football on Sky Sport. We would not return here again.
