Terrible Service
I am in shock by how I have been treated my a member of staff at the Clove. We bought a takeaway which was cold. I phoned to let them know and was told to return the next day for a refund. The next day when I visited (to just ask for a part refund as promised), a member of staff denied all knowledge of offering a refund and said we had never been there to buy food!! He was extremely rude in front of other customers, I felt dreadful. His behaviour was appalling and humiliating, I'm still in shock by how I was treated.
