DO NOT USE CO OP Westbridgford Nottingham. AVOID AT ALL COST An absolute total disgrace / shocking Inadequate service. Unprofessional, lack of effective communication on their part, no idea how to run an efficient service at all in anyway shape or form. I am totally disgusted by this service. Think on and look sharp if you have paid upfront for your funeral “ they will take care of your loved ones’ REALLY what a understatement. Absolutely not the case they do not look after your loved ones at all. Needs regulating and seriously looking into the service they allegedly provide.Needs shutting down with immediate effect. Rude and incompetent staff with a lack of training and or compassion. You should be ashamed of yourselves and the poor service you provide, National Association of Funeral Directors will be informed in due course about the shabby service you provide.
