Poor facial

I was really looking forward to my elemis facial at the cocoon rooms. Unfortunately the only thing that was different when I left was the amount of money in my purse. I've had many facials in the past so I feel I have something to hold as a benchmark. Firstly I felt the therapist was way too skimpy with the amount of product used. Everything felt as though it was being used extremely sparingly. Secondly far too much time was spent faffing around with putting a towel and tissues around my head, then taking them off, then putting them back on. Seriously guys, most decent places will just use a Velcro secured headband at the beginning and that's it. No samples were offered to me at the end of the facial and at no point did the facialist / therapist exlain what she had used and why. I left the salon with an earache as my facialist pressed really hard on pressure points around my ears. I also left with no inclination to return or to buy any of the elemis products. When I returned home, there were traces of a creamy mask still on my face which I wasn't able to see before I left as the lights were so dark in the treatment room. I have never given a review on anything before, but I felt compelled to give one on this place as I was just so disappointed with my facial. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
