Often it is difficult to acknowledge the impact that certain experiences can have on us, leading to feelings of low self-esteem, anxiety, depression etc.Counselling can provide a safe space for you to talk through your feelings in a caring and non-judgemental environment, helping to lessen the impact of some of those feelings and ultimately lead to a new understanding of them, of yourself and of your relationships.
My therapeutic approach is Integrative. This means that I will work with you as an individual or couple in a way that best suits your needs at that particular time, working together with you to achieve an agreed goal that you set for yourself.
