worst florists ever

I used Interflora to get three bunches of flowers on seperate occasions. They used Daisy Chain on all 3 occasions and on each occasion they sent the wrong types and colours of flowers. I made a complaint to Interflora and they apologised for the inconvience and said that they would send another bunch of flowers on the Saturday. Saturday came and went and we decided to ring the Daisy Chain to see where the flowers were. When we rang them they were rude and said they had no intention of delivering any flowers. I decided to ring Interflora to make a formal complaint. After 10 minutes they rang back to say they had been in contact and flowers would be sent within half an hour. Half an hour later and the flowers did arrive but not by the Daisy Chain but by Dobbins. From the phone conversation we had assumed that the Daisy Chain was going to deliver but in their stubborness, they obviously refused. I will never ever deal with this florists again.
