The Driving Training Centre's Driving School has been providing quality driving lessons and Driving Instructor Training courses for over 10 years in Edinburgh and The Lothian's and Fife. That experience allows us to help you to find the best Driving Instructor to help you pass your Driving Test quickly and cheaply making us your last stop before being a qualified driver.

Perfect for mature, nervous, neurotic drivers!
I began to learn to drive at the age of 37 and had major reservations. First off I'm registered disabled and that has affected my confidence quite negatively and second, there was no history of driving in my family so cars were as familiar to me as space travel. I studied for my theory test at DTC and passed at the first attempt. My practical instructor was Neil and I think I tested his patience quite severely and at one point I left to try another instructor. However, I rang the DTC and told them how I felt and returned to Neil some weeks later with no problems and I passed my test on my third attempt and have been a very competent driver ever since. Driving has given me access to great freedom and quality of life and I think both the practical and theory training at DTC is excellent.

I passed first time with Cheryl. She was so helpful, professional and friendly. I had tried a few driving centres years ago and felt like i was going no where but this time i was making leaps and bounds right away. I have already passed details over to a couple of friends, i couldn't recommend this school more!‎

Great Instructor
My Instructor was Cindy, she is a very good instructor, kept it simple, just as well, not mechanical in any way, passed pretty quick. Was with BSM before them, DTC are much cheaper but the quality is much higher. Thanks DTC for all your help

DTC helped me from the very start. They helped me fill in D1 Prov license application and then helped with my theory and i have just passed my practical test Yippee!!
