We had the worst possible experience with EMR. Their standard of workmanship is appalling. The owner, Lee, doesn't supervise his workers and he aggressively demands payment before the job is finished to an acceptable standard. The supposed 'guarantee' is worthless because we would never let them anywhere near our house again. Our roof has been left with serious defects that we will have to pay someone else to rectify.
