POOR SERVICE. CONMEN.
POOR SERVICE. CONMEN. I purchased two 240V Triangular Underlights online; 1. I paid extra to have a 48hr delivery and the goods took 72 hrs to get to me. 2. The goods were supposed to be delivered to my shop address an they came to my home address. 3. One of the packages has a triangular fitting but NO bulb. 4. I clearly ordered 240v light fittings and they sent me 24v light fittings. 5. I emailed the company on the same day I recieved the goods.... I am still waiting on a response. 6. I returned the goods by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery.....and I am still waiting for my refund.
