Appalling customer service, woeful training material. This is a 'business' to avoid, potential scammers to be perfectly honest. Web/ home based training involves trainers sending sub standard material and insufficient support. They sell training courses on the promise that they will support customers until they become accredited but this is not possible for NDEA as they are no longer linked to any accreditation schemes themselves. Full of elaborate and colourful excuses when you speak to them but are worse than useless when they have taken your money. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
