Superb Glass Engraving
I went to East Street, last week, to purchase an Engraved Vase for my Mother. I haven't used this shop for Glass Engraving before so just wandered in. Couldn't believe the results they achieve on Glass, far superior to what I have had hand engraved locally. I was able to have as many words as I wanted at no extra cost so I did have quite a few! The Engraving was suberb and beautifully laid out. I am well impressed, as was my Mother who noticed the difference in the engraving immediately. This shop will be our first choice from now on...

Great Shop
Popped into to find a present for my rather fussy boyfriend! Found a great range of gifts and finally settled on some fantastic cufflinks which they engraved for me and were ready to collect the next day! So impressed with the service and the quality of the products!! A real high street gem!

Amazing
The service provided by this business and its staff is absolutely brilliant. We were looked after by Jackie who was entirely responsible for providing us with a solution to our search for a unique present for our granddaughter's 21st birthday. We had previously visited a very local rival who had been helpful and we were indeed only visiting the Engraving Gallery to compare prices. However Jackie was so attentive and personal in her desire to provide us with what we were looking for that she secured our business...indeed it was her suggestion that we took up. Many thanks

I came into the shop today not having any idea what to buy my sister-in-law for her 40th birthday. Both members of staff went out of their way to help. Its been a long time since I have witnessed such commitment to ensuring a customer is given all the help possible and to leave the shop happy. Easy to use website
Just wanted to say thank you for the very prompt delivery and beautiful frame. I thought I'd pass on the compliments from the cast of Anything Goes, Herstmonceux Amateur Dramatic Society (H.A.T.S) who have a signed photo to go in the frame to my 9 year old twin nieces. There were many very admiring remarks on the quality and look of the frame and I know that these little girls will be absolutely thrilled. I am so pleased that I found the website from Google as the layout was easy to view and use. Delivery took me by surprise as it was so quick and I will not hesitate to use it again and recommend you. Great Shop, Helpful Staff
Popped in to The Engraving Gallery to see what they had on offer with regard to Corporate Awards, we usually go with the same old thing from a local company but this year decided to see what was available. Found The Engraving Gallery through google in the Touch Southampton website and decided to try my luck.. They have some really great things which really surprised me, we've gone with a few large 'whitefire' trophies (which doesnt mean anything to me but they look great!) and have had half a dozen champagne sets all engraved on the glasses and bottle which look fantastic. I spoke to a chap called Wes and a lovely lady called Sheila who really helped arrange everything. Its rare to find people so helpful, also, they dont try pushy sales techniques which personally drive me mad. We have already struck a deal to supply me with all our christmas giveaway items for our customers.. Fantastic, Its a five star rating for me... Many thanks all at the Engraving Gallery,
