first & last time!
I went in to the sutton centre to book a flights to america and ended up booking those and also a Grand Canyon trip from Vegas. All fine. Except when I arrived in Vegas (2 night stay), the Grand Canyon trip has been cancelled! I had a message for me at the hotel when I arrived! So when I got back and told the flight centre, I got a refund and a £100 voucher to use within the next year. Culdn't get an explanation for why the trip was cancelled. When I went to use the voucher for a flight (clue is in the name - Flight Centre!) they said I can only use it for package holidays!!!!!!! Absolute joke.
