Nice units, appalling customer service
Nice units, but appalling customer service. Instructions and various parts missing on delivery, no responses to emails for long periods, unreasonable responses and a 'soft close' mechanism on the cupboard doors which doesn't include soft-close hinges and so doesn't work. When I said I would be posting poor reviews on social media, I was threatened with their solicitors!
