do not use these

I didn't want to give this company any stars but couldn't finish th review without giving something so ive given them one star but the dont deserve that!, This company is so dis organised a group of monkeys could do a better job! Having seen a few prices advertised on there front door window such as Laminating 99p, I decided to go in with a A4 photo hoping to get some copies done with some being laminated. I went into there office where I was met an office assistant that was tapping away on her phone as she asked me how she could help, I then explained to her that I needed 4 copies (bare in mind its a black & white picture!) and 2 laminated. With it being such a small order, I thought I would be able to wait while it was done. She then explained that she needed to phone a colleague to come down stairs and complete my order. 10 minutes later I enquired on how long this guy would be, she said any minute now. It was another 10 minutes when I got out of my chair and asked if I could pick up the order in an hour, she said that was fine and took my mobile number. About 2 hours later I called the store to see if the order was ready to pick up, "No" was my reply and I was told that the order would be ready to pick up the next day. This really upset me as I need ed the picture done for that day as I was going to visit a family member in hospital and wanted to take a copy of the picture. anyway the next day I went in to the office expecting to pick up my order, I was greeted by the same lady who again was tapping away at her phone, "I'm here to pick up my pictures" I said, she then said that "the pictures are ready (which I could see behind her) but I'm not sure how much It will cost", I was quite shocked at this reply as she gave me the impression that she was the office secretary, she then tried to call her boss who she said Ignored her call, she then tried to send him a text message asking how much I was to pay but still got no reply, I stated that the sign outside says that to have a picture laminated costs 99p, So Ive had 4 copies of the picture (which is black & white) and 2 of those copies laminated, the cost of the lamination would be £1.98, and I offered to pay 75p per copy of the picture leaving a sub total of £4.98, I then pulled out a £5 note, however she then started repeating herself by saying I can't give you a price and I can't take money from you (even though she can take an order), I could not believe what I was hearing, I was offering to pay over the odds for the goods and still she wouldn't accept the money from me, I then said that the service provided by this business is a joke, to which she replied "don't talk to me like that!" talk to her like what? I was only stating the obvious, I had an Issue trying to get the original copy of the picture that I had originally taken in, First she tried to give me a copy of the photo, and tried to argue that it was the original, even though the original was on card and this was on cheap flimsy paper. I eneded getting my original picture and leaving the office. I will never use these again even though they are literally on my doorstep. Funnily enough on there business cards/ flyers that they had lying around it says and I quote "You may find someone better, You may find someone quicker, You may find someone cheaper than us!" "But, if you can find someone who is better, cheaper and quicker please give us their number and we will use them ourself" So I will find someone better (a homeless retard could do a better job), and I will find someone quicker (a place on the moon would do it quicker), and I will find someone cheaper (I saw the look she gave at the £5, as if the note should be purple). So for anybody wanting to use these in the future may want to think again and take your business else where like I will be and like I wish I had from the start.
