Rude, unhelpful & expensive
Not friendly at all. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Watch out for their returns policy. Expensive too, found items elsewhere online and much cheaper. Was looking forward to Christmas shopping but the way we felt after visiting this store made us just feel like going home. Will not go there again, to be honest feel like avoiding Uxbridge altogether for a while.
