The hair lounge has changed remarkebly, the staff are so friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. they are offering so many more treatments than i knew they did like teeth whitening, botox etc i had a full head high lights and cut blow dry and am so pleased with the results the stylist was interested in what I WANTED not what they wanted to do i got advised and had a free hand massage while my colour developed have booked for 6 weeks and would recomend to any one :-)

i could not beleave the offer outside the shop....luxury parafin pedicure only £15. well beleave it or not ,but i had 75 min of pure pleasure.. a glass of wine and i will definateky go back in 2 weeks to try the indian headmassage with a cut and styling for just £30 by a senior stylist..highly recommended

the 'nuts'
Thairapy is wicked, I love my new hair, its the nuts! its such a funky modern salon the music is pumping, everyone is really friendly. I got the best head massage EVER. The people who work there are like 1 big family and all get on really well. Id deffo go back. So get your selves booked in!!!!!

Fantastic
I go to thairapy when i need my hair cut and everytime the staff are helpful. When you get your hair washed they give the best head massage ever and the young lady who cuts my hair does a fabulous job everytime. would defintley recommend them to everyone!

I had my coloured at Thairapy and was very pleased indeed. The staff were helpful in helping me choose my colours and really nice to chat with. The atmosphere was wicked, modern and lively and professional. Highly recommended.

Fantastic!!!
I went to Thairapy as my usual hairdresser couldnt get me in! Im so glad I did! I got the best head massage ever! The cut was amazing, The music was funky, made me feel so welcome and special I didnt want to leave. Have re-booked!!

Fantastic
I went into thairapy cause they had a sign outside saying 15quid haircut, I had my haircut by a lovely girl and she was fantastic. yes she spent the whole time talking about how drunk she was the night before but as a young person this was a nice change from the usual so where you going on holiday line from most hairdressers. I really enjoyed my visit and have booked to go again and would recommend it to anyone. the atmosphere was fab my hair has never ever looked better and was just amazing.

Terrible
I don't know if there are new managers now, but this salon was THE worst i have ever been to. The staff were rude, obnoxious and unhelpful. Cared more about what song was playing then giving me the service i was paying for. Total lack of management and authority. whats worse my hair cut was wonky and the girl in there had half her bottom hanging out of her jeans whilst odling her big boobs in my voice. Terrible.

best salon ever,real coffee with cookies,wine the lot.free file and polish with every cut.I paid £15 for a cut with top guy Leigh.I loved it. Thanks for a great pampering.hope they will have more promotions coming soon.Highly recommended

I had the most terrible expreience at thairapy.The level of unprofessionalism was appaling, to such and extent that when I called the manager to complain, she hanged up the phone. I would give this business a zero star rating and would not recommend it to anyone!
