Utter con. AVOID!!!
I was charged £1.53 per minute for a problem with my PayPal. The operator dragged out the call by going through lots of options. No answer was given to help me in the end. My 12 year old grandson eventually sorted it out for me in no time at all. I feel like I have been taken for a ride by this company and all I have to show for it is a £38 phone bill. I hope they are happy.

Terrible people. Absolute con.
A "service" set up entirely to drag out phone calls for as long as possible and make as much money for the odious Chris Darrell as possible (look him up). My grandmother was held on the phone for 19 minutes at a cost of almost £40 without a definitive answer on a question that took me 1 minute to find for nothing on google after. Taking advantage of people for profit and then disguising it as help.

Awful.
Charged me £1.53 per minute. Dragged the call out for a long as possible. I ended up paying over £30 for a call that wasn't even any help to me. No refunfd given because they 'tried' to help me. Disgrace.
