terrible This practiterrible This practice is a disgrace from the reception staff to the manager and so on the waiting time is a joke never less than 2-3 weeks the reception staff (not all) are rude unhelpful disrespectful etc the practice manager is a waste of time and does not want to entertain any complaints about their staff. Avoid this practice at all costs there are much better practices in the area.
