Hidden problems, arrogant salesman.
I wanted to buy my first car and thought the selection was good. All the cars were clean and polished well. However, I am so glad I took my brother along. He is a mechanic and almost all the cars we looked at had faults for which could have cost me a lot if I had bought one. I don't know how they passed an MOT. The warranty offered is 3 months, which sounds good, but it's pathetic too and covers only £250 mechanical, but not electrical faults. I will go elsewhere, as the salesman who I spoke to had an arrogant attitude and almost said my brother was a liar. I am so glad I took him. I would avoid this garage...I would not have any confidence in the cars they sell.

Do buy cars here!
Bad experience. Years MOT was flawed. My local garage found major structural faults with the car which should never have passed an MOT. This was confirmed by VOSA and is under investigation. The 3 month warranty only covers mechanical failures up to the value of £250 pounds. Anything above this and the garage owner will be asking you to adjust the balance out of your own pocket. Plus electrical faults will have to be payed by you. The service garage where they take your new pride and joy for repair are a bunch of cowboys. I have seen for myself the mess they made of my car. Shocking to say the least. My advice is...in order to avoid the misery of what I have had, do not buy anything from this garage. The cars look nice, clean and shiny, but unless you seek the advice from an AA or RAC inspection first, you are taking a big risk!! You have been warned. You could seriously empty your savings account buying a car from this dealer.
