Outstanding kitchen, outstanding professionalism
I was recommended to this company from a friend who is in the building trade. They use them regularly for small and large kitchen projects. The quality of the kitchen was outstanding, bespoke oak sprayed in farrow and ball colours. The professionalism of their customer service throughout the project was everything I had been recommended and their design and attention to detail was exactly what I was expecting. Outstanding kitchen & excellent service
Went to The Kitchen Trading Company as my friend had her kitchen makeover by this company. I was not disappointed. Their attention to detail and product knowledge was better than expected. Their design application and appreciation of our needs and wants was wholly taken care of. We ended up with a truly unique and tailor made kitchen, fitted to a very high standard by Neil. Their attention to remedials was very fair and quick. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company, their products and their excellent design and service. Well done John !

Kitchen design
The quality of the kitchen supplied was excellent but the same could not be said of the customer service. Several significant errors were made on the design which caused a major delay in the kitchen being finished, with no apology offered. We employed someone else to redesign the layout based on the units we had as further communication with the company proved unpleasant and unprofessional. Wrong appliances were ordered and again no apology. Having dealt with a variety of people in the building/design field throughout the renovations, this company was the only spoke in the wheel and they caused unnecessary stress. I would recommend the kitchen but not the design or customer service.
