ITIL course was great!
I recently took the ITIL course in London and it was brilliant. I passed! Couldn't of done it without the trainer Mike he was so helpful with everything and really installed the information into you. I would recommend this company to anyone. Very nice and professional team!

Great course
I had a really good time on my ITIL course, the trainer was excellent, and the price was even better! We had teas and coffee throughout the day which was nice and the area was pleasing too. I couldn't fault The Knowledge Academy at all, it was a great experience.

Price was great!
I'm still coming to terms with the price, it was brilliant. For the trainer and facilities you would have been charged so much more with other companies. Had a really good time and will be using The Knowledge Academy again.

Was really happy with with my ITIL Course, learnt so much! the trainer really new what he was doing and really new his stuff. great facilities and will be looking forward to taking another course in the future. will be putting there name forward to everyone i know.

Definitely a 5 Star Course
If your anything like me, the first thing you'll look for in a course is the price, and the knowledge academy definitely pleased me. These guys are by far the cheapest I could find online, but that didn't affect the quality of their services. The venues we were taught at were brilliant, and the instructors were even better!

Brilliant Course!
I've always wanted to take the Prince2 exam, but was always put off by the price of courses, but then a colleague recommended this course. When I saw how cheap it was compared to most other courses I jumped at the chance. The actual course itself was amazing, even more so considering the low price. The venues were nice, the trainers were great and setting the whole thing up was pretty easy thanks to their customer services. I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to do a course like this one.

What a Great experience
1st, the material provided beforehand by the Knowledge Academy was good, easy to understand and really beneficial. It provided a good base to start with. 2nd, the facilities used in terms of location and comfort were more than enough. Finally, Nick, the instructor chosen by Knowledge Academy was indeed the cherry on top. All the delegates that i am still in contact with have passed both the foundation and practitioner examinations. all in all, it was "a 5 star experience" !!

Easy to book on, cheap, convenient and great learning materials and tutor.
Some colleagues have already been on the course and they advised me to make sure I do all the pre-course reading, which fortunately I did as from day one you are expected to understand a fair amount. The tutor was great she used all the correct terminology, so when it came to my first exam and I thought I didn't know anything as my head was fit to burst it actually all came clear reading the questions as I knew what sounded "PRINCE2" and what wasn't in the curriculum or words used. It was hard work, very intense, but I feel extremely satisfied and proud to have passed first time. Now to apply PRINCE2 properly within my own projects where I work.
