A Pub
This pub has a warm, cosy feel to it. They sell a good variety of real ales and continental beers. The food is good too, great value for money and very tasty.The owner is a little on the moody side though and I can honestly say I have never seen him smile. I would have scored this a 4 if I had seen him smile :) The clientele are nice people and despite being next to a university this is not a student pub - a few of the rascals venture in there though (at the time that was me included!).The have a scheme where you get a sticker on selected drinks. Once you have collected 8 on your card you are entitled to a free drink. I think this is still going on now, not too sure. They do show football games but Im not sure if this is a regular thing - probably not.
